Below are some of the parameters we work with to provide our customer a module that perfectly suits their technical and aesthetic needs -

Module shape is limitless - square, round, triangular, trapezoidal - virtually any custom shape can be produced
Volt configurations from 0-600VDC
Integration of any commercially available cell including monocrystalline (various colors), polycrystalline (various colors) or thinfilm (fixed color, CIS)
Substrate materials including clear, white, grey, or black Tedlar®, brushed or polished aluminum, stainless steel, fiberglass and glass
Aluminum frame sizes from 3/16" to 3" thick to meet structural and mounting requirements (frameless laminates also available)

We are capable of manufacturing glass on glass modules for the most demanding and architecturally dramatic BIPV (building-integrated photovoltaic) installations.

In regards to size and specifications, we offer non-UL listed modules up to 280W for non-grid connected applications such as pool pumps, maritime and other lighting systems, electric gates, telecommunication equipment, PV powered vehicles or any other battery backup or immediate consumption systems. For modules used in grid-tied applications, we have the capability to obtain UL approval to meet NEC requirements, however, we do not provide UL listing services for custom module orders with less than 500 pcs as it is generally cost-prohibitive to do so.
